I do some products for traditional Scrap booking like that. Here in S.A. you can't find items relating to S.A. like sports (Rugby) and Wild life.( the big 5).I design elements for Borders and Frames and sell them at a Shop in my area.

Hi Leahsfrog
On your web-site, I've seen you've made some changes. What is this entrecard you are talking about?

In this new Game of spot the difference, your talents and skills for details are tested.
The aim of the game is to find the changes made to the pic ON YOUR RIGHT.

List them below as your reply or comment.
This will increase your skills in observation and attention to detail,
which any good designer and scrapper needs to make your page that magic page.

There are some obvious and some hidden changes, all in all there are 12 to be spotted.

Please let us know what you think of the game or if you have any suggestions, don't hesitate to leave it in the "SUGGESTIONS" forum category.
Thank you for playing, enjoy!

Nop,it's not Dial-up,but it's not my internet so it could be on my side. I really don't have any control of the internet,I'm just added to their port. But as long as others don't have a problem then I'm happy too. Thank you.

Photo's in the Forums

December 9, 2008 by scrapunique

Hi
I've just posted some Photo's to go with my topic's and posts. I noticed that they seem very big on in the forum posts.
I have reduced the sizes on my end to a fair bit, is it possible to have them show a tiny bit smaller?
They seem to take a long time to upload, and some times they don't even show fully when the upload is done. I don't know if other people can see the full pic's, I'm referring to the pic of the frame I uploaded in the Hybrid Scrap booking category.

Making your own Element's

December 9, 2008 by scrapunique

Hi every one
I have made some elements for my traditional scrap booking projects.
Something about traditional Scrap booking that one can't shake is the fun of gathering all the things to put on a page.

What I usually do, is sit with the Photo in front of me and take a couple of minutes to think about that day.
What was so special about that day. What was the actual reason for me to take the photo in the first place.

Then, after reminiscing and appreciating the special moments that came with that day, I easily find a theme for my layout and off I go.
Rummaging the house and neighborhood for things to put on the page.

One thing to remember thou is to protect your photos by encasing them in separate plastic. They say that everything that is not acid and lime free will eventually damage your photos. So keep them separate from all the other elements that are natural or synthetic.

And then I get these ideas in my head to use what ever material I have around me to make a specific item.

In this case I used red and white felt and just cut it out to look like the hat and boots and glued the white bits on the red.

Seen that the festive season is upon us and every one is all about Christmas, I have made some little Santa hats and boots to go with it.
They look so cute with a matching Christmas border.

Now all I have to do is take a new Photo of some one in my mitts and then I'll add them to my collection of scrapbooks.

That's all now you give it a try.
Till next time, happy scrapping.

It does sound pretty cool, if only I was more talkative and could write that many words and actually know what to write about, then I'd give that a try.I'll have to keep them in mind.
